Project Details

Blue Ash, OH

Project Story:
Neal’s took this once traditional, two-story colonial home from static, enclosed rooms to an airy transitional open floor plan. Areas were cleverly defined with vignettes of furniture clusters that also created a practical functional flow. The removal of walls expanded the entry, dining room and the kitchen. The generous use of windows invited an abundance of natural light. Drama was created with the arched kitchen area that was accented with metal and a glass tile backsplash. There was also an addition of a master suite with a see-through fireplace shared with the four-seasons room offering a cozy, warm atmosphere.

Neal’s Team:
Project Consultant: Alan Hendy
Lead Designer: Bob Voigt
Project Manager: Kevin Dunn

2008 NARI Contractor of the Year Winner, Local Awards, Residential Entire House

Comments From the Home Owner

“…You were very upfront in the beginning in telling us that Neal’s was not necessarily the least expensive remodeler in town, but that it would be difficult for us to find any better. That is an understatement. You guys are the best!”
