Contemporary Kitchens
A contemporary design style shows off clean, sleek lines and smooth surfaces. It is not considered “Modern”, which refers to an actual historical design movement. Contemporary style is most easily described as “in the present” and often includes new, hot, trendy elements. The color schemes are simple and often neutral with punches of color expressed in artwork, accessories, etc. Accessories are kept to a minimum with the idea that “less is more”.
